Job summary

The Landline Company is expanding its San Francisco team, seeking Ground Handling Agents to escort and support motorcoaches between Schulz–Sonoma County Airport and SFO. You will operate on the ramp, marshal buses, and assist with passenger drop-offs, luggage handling, and directing travelers to the correct airport entrances.

Starting early shifts around 4:00 AM, this safety-critical role requires a valid license, clean driving record, ability to lift 70 lbs, and the ability to pass DOT drug

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment DOT drug test.
• Able to pass a background check for airport badge access.
• Shift availability around 5:00 AM, 7 days a week.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in airport operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely within the AOA and ramp.
• Guide and marshal buses into gates and drop-off locations.
• Maintain high situational awareness in a busy airport.
• Track bus status as it approaches SFO.
• Assist with unloading luggage and directing travelers to entrances.
• Provide a visible safety presence during passenger movement.
• Stage bags for airline handling with proper lifting techniques.
• Work as part of a two-person team per vehicle.
• Complete paid training on AOA driving and safety procedures.
