Job summary

Huntleigh USA is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Reporting directly to the District Manager and/or Regional Director, the General Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, superior client service, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in aviation ops or related field.
• Strong leadership in operations, HR, admin, or finance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee airport operations at AUS.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules.
• Manage budget and P&L; oversee payroll.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client service.
