Prospect Airport Services is seeking a General Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective airport operations. You will oversee and coordinate team activities to deliver reliable service at a major aviation hub.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Flexible shifts and a focus on operational excellence are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
