Job summary

Sixt is seeking a General Manager for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport area. You will own branch operations, inspire teams, and drive customer experience and profitability across key downtown and airport locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 5+ years in sales, business development, or customer service; car rental industry experience is required. Domestic travel up to 40% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead revenue growth, analyze costs, and optimize incremental sales.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans.
• Manage budgets, training, schedules, and contracts for optimal efficiency.
