Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Construction Manager in Austin, Texas to oversee vertical construction projects within concourse and terminal areas at AUS. You will manage schedules, coordinate with a broad range of stakeholders, and ensure work meets code and quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience with multi-level building projects, complex structural systems, and operation in active environments, with readiness for occasional night work as schedules demand.

Qualifications

• Ten years in construction, with vertical building focus.
• Track record on multi-level projects involving structural steel and cast-in-place concrete.
• Experience working in high-occupancy environments without disrupting operations.
• Ability to pass a TSA background check.
• Strong knowledge of environmental codes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of vertical construction within concourse and terminal areas.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors and stakeholders including AUS leadership.
• Review contractor schedules and monitor progress for risks or delays.
• Support change management by assessing proposed changes and approvals.
• Interpret design documents, specifications, and contract requirements accurately.
