Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supervisor to manage a team of leads and passenger-assistance agents across assigned shifts. You’ll coordinate shift schedules, training, and coverage, and communicate operational needs to the manager to keep flights on time and safe.

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain credentials for airport/state requirements.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, trainings, vacations, breaks, overtime and coverage.
• Communicate issues to the manager and lead shift meetings.
• Administer payroll-related tasks and shift paperwork.
• Enforce safety and anti-harassment policies and regulatory compliance.
