Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Supervisor in Ohio to oversee agents on assigned shifts, ensuring daily activities are performed safely and efficiently in passenger assistance duties.

You will manage dispatching and equipment for arriving/departing flights, coordinate payroll-related tasks, uphold safety policies, and ensure compliance with regulations while working rotating shifts and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Must be able to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager about problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
