Contour Airlines in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking a Station Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of airport operations at the assigned station. You will supervise Cross-Utilized Airport Agents and ensure safe, on-time service across ticketing, gates, baggage, and ramp functions.

You will liaise with passengers, flight crews, ground staff, and vendors while maintaining FAA/TSA/OSHA compliance and a strong focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
• Must understand, read, and write English.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and FAA/random tests.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day station operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance.
• Lead, supervise, and support Cross-Utilized Airport Agents, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Interact with passengers, flight crews, ground staff, and vendors to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Perform ticket counter, gate, baggage, and ramp duties and handle special service requests.
• Marshal, tow, pushback, and deice aircraft while maintaining ramp safety.
• Investigate operational incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to irregular operations (IROPs) to minimize customer disruption.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, EPA, and Company standards.
