Job summary

The Spokane-based location of Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is seeking an Airline Agent, Part-Time for dynamic ground service and ramp support. You will deliver friendly passenger service at the ticket counter and on the ramp, assisting with boarding and baggage handling.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-site duties at Spokane International Airport.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to read and write English.
Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. under the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must have open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must complete all required training.

Responsibilities

Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size/quantity, and assign seats.
Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating.
Handle denied boarding situations and provide vouchers as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
Enforce safety and security; protect restricted zones.
Assist customers with special needs during boarding.
Load and unload baggage/cargo safely and efficiently.
Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with pushback.
Perform aircraft interior cleaning and commissary duties as required.
Communicate with team via two-way radio.
Complete required training and report hazards to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by the Station Leader.
