Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Mobility Services Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee Mobility Specialists, and ensure safe, dignified assistance to passengers with mobility needs at the Anchorage airport.

You will coordinate with airlines, security, and ground transport while maintaining records and promoting a positive work environment. The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers for passengers up to 350 pounds.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to learn scheduling and incident reporting software.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Able to pass SIDA Badge test and Alaska AOA Badge requirements.
• Ability to obtain FBI background check and TSA STA clearance.
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mobility services operations with staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise Mobility Specialists and temporary staff; provide coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and airport protocols.
• Monitor safety practices and address hazards promptly.
• Assist in training and onboarding; maintain certifications and performance records.
• Coordinate with Airlines and Security to optimize mobility customers' movements.
• Maintain logs for service, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of mobility equipment.
