Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Flexible schedule with overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and transport wheelchair passengers through arrival and check-in processes to flights and within the terminal.
• Assist wheelchair passengers with carry-on bags and luggage.
• Operate mobility equipment safely per procedures and regulations.
• Greet passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide navigation and wayfinding throughout the terminal.
