Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact respectfully with passengers from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; assist with transfers and maneuvering passengers weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English is mandatory.
• Ability to pass SIDA Badge test and obtain an Alaska AOA Badge.
