Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking an Airport Passenger Assistant in Columbus, OH to help passengers needing wheelchair or baggage assistance from curbside to aircraft and back. You will guide customers through ticketing and wayfinding while supporting safe operations in a busy airport environment.

The role requires the ability to work in varied conditions, lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain regular attendance. Training manuals must be understood and followed in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver license.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and understand training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers needing wheelchair service to boarding and deplaning.
