Fountain is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador at Chicago O'Hare to deliver top-notch service to CLEAR members and travelers. You’ll greet passengers, verify membership and identification, guide them through the CLEAR process, and resolve issues with empathy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide
