Daifuku is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Phoenix site. You will oversee a team of 3+ technicians, plan and execute maintenance, and coordinate with airport personnel to minimize downtime. The role requires reading schematics, tool ownership, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

You will drive adherence to safety standards, participate in budgeting, and mentor staff toward zero-defect operations and continuous improvements.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Own a set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to ensure maintenance schedules are met safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily system maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Direct supervision and scheduling of mechanics/technicians across GSE, facilities, boarding bridges, and baggage handling areas.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with airport and airline staff to minimize customer downtime.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance program and safety compliance per company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory management as needed.
• Provide training and development to site personnel and conduct performance appraisals.
