Capital One in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager, Airport Lounge Construction (New Builds) to lead ground-up and expansion projects. You will coordinate with Design & Construction, Operations, Finance, and Guest Experience to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from concept to handover.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of construction project management experience, strong knowledge of AIA GMP contracts, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of construction project management experience in hospitality, retail, or aviation environments.
• On-site General Contractor and sub-trades management experience.
• Experience partnering with architects, designers, contractors, and operators.
• Ability to communicate progress/milestones to internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project timelines and CapEx budgets for new-build locations through construction phases.
• Drive projects to Substantial Completion and Certificate of Occupancy with formal handover to ops teams.
• Ensure compliance with procurement models and GMP contracts per program direction.
• Track change orders and budget adherence; escalate financial true-ups for CM Program Lead approval.
• Compile project data for portfolio-level reporting and reviews.
• Oversee construction management activities including budget tracking, change management, and QA.
• Lead site delivery within established governance, implementing SOPs and gates.
