Job summary

SSP America, operating multiple restaurants at Boston Logan International Airport, seeks a Line Cook for full-time shifts. You will receive orders, prepare dishes, and keep the kitchen organized to ensure guests receive quality meals.

Strong teamwork and kitchen discipline help maintain health standards and product quality. Role requires weekend availability, a TSA background check, and at least one year in food service.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication is essential.
• One year minimum experience in a food service environment.
• Basic mathematical skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to ensure product quality.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Take responsibility for quality of products served.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.
