Job summary

SSP America in CID Airport is hiring Line Cooks at $18.00 per hour for full-time or part-time shifts. We offer 2 weeks PTO and immediate hiring.
This role requires following recipes, maintaining kitchen setup, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has 1 year of food service experience, and a high school diploma is preferred. Strong English communication and the ability to stand for long periods are important.

Qualifications

• Follow all recipes and practice portion control.
• Read, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests and take orders.
• One year experience in food service environment.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain proper setup of the kitchen/station daily.
• Stock food, paper products, and condiments and rotate products.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Set up, clean, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Ensure stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily.
