SSP America in Boston Logan International Airport is hiring a Line Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations. You will receive orders, prepare dishes, and ensure the station is properly set up with all tools and ingredients for smooth service.

You will follow recipes, maintain quality and cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing duties. The role requires good communication, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience working in a food service environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Verbal and written communication is essential.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods.
• Ability to pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check.

Responsabilités

• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to ensure product quality.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Take responsibility for quality of products served.
• Perform cleaning tasks to health standards.
