Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards consistently
• Maintain knowledge of food safety procedures and proper temps
• Operate as a collaborative and dependable kitchen team member
• Perform short order cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Operate fryer and flat top grill with skill and accuracy
• Keep kitchen workspace clean and organized
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment
• Prep and portion ingredients for daily operations
• Restock and replenish product and inventory as needed
• Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned
