Qualifications

• Two years of cooking experience in a similar concept or restaurant.
• Demonstrated knowledge of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients for cooking, including portioning, washing, chopping, and storing according to MCA and Brand specifications.
• Demonstrates product standards and recipe knowledge daily.
• Cook food according to Brand specifications and quantities.
• Check temperatures of appliances and food; maintain logs.
• Set up, maintain, and close station for scheduled shift; rotate and store items using FIFO.
• Serve food in proper portions and maintain garnish and presentation.
