Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking a Line Cook for night shifts in Gainesville, FL. The role focuses on high-volume airport dining with a strong emphasis on consistency, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A strong sense of accountability for the quality and presentation of every dish prepared.
• The ability to follow recipes, take direction, and execute consistently to restaurant standards.
• Proficient knife skills including chopping, slicing, dicing, and cutting with accuracy and control.
• The physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform effectively in an active kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes and plating standards consistently to ensure a quality experience for every guest
• Maintain knowledge of food safety procedures including proper temperatures for ingredient storage and food preparation
• Operate as a collaborative and dependable member of the kitchen team
• Perform short order cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Operate the fryer and flat top grill with skill and precision
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace throughout each shift
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
• Prep and portion ingredients in support of daily kitchen operations
• Restock and replenish product as needed
• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Shifts Available:

• AM Shifts: 4:00AM-12:00PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
