Job summary

Master ConcessionAir, LLC is seeking a part-time cook for Chili's Bar & Grill and Conch Flyer Restaurants in Key West. You will prepare ingredients, cook to Brand specifications, and maintain kitchen safety and sanitation.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to follow all policies and procedures. Responsibilities include portioning, cooking to specification, ensuring proper temperatures, and communicating any issues to the MOD or Chef.

Qualifications

• Two years of cooking experience in a similar concept or restaurant.
• Demonstrated knowledge of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
• Certification within 90 days for local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients for cooking, including portioning, washing, chopping, and storing according to MCA and Brand specifications.
• Cook food according to Brand specifications and quantities.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and security of the kitchen and equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and close station for scheduled shift; date and store food items using FIFO.
• Communicate effectively with the MOD, Chef, and other team members during busy periods.
