Olive & Finch Collective in Denver’s airport environment is seeking a Manager to lead front-of-house operations. The role focuses on hiring, training, and staffing FOH teams, while ensuring service excellence in a high-volume setting.

You will uphold safety, sanitation, and airport compliance as part of a dynamic leadership team. The position is full-time and exempt, with responsibility for guest relations, cost control, and seamless FOH-BOH collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in high-volume settings.
• Ability to hire and train FOH staff and manage staffing levels.
• Strong understanding of guest service, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Experience with airport operations or complex hospitality environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations in a fast-paced airport setting.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH staff.
• Uphold health, sanitation, safety, and airport compliance standards.
• Assist with cost controls, labor optimization, and supplies.
• Coordinate with BOH leadership for seamless service between areas.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coach staff during shifts.
• Support implementation of company systems and training programmes.
• Ensure smooth operation and brand standards across FOH.
