Olive & Finch Collective in Denver operates the Food Expo at DEN Airport, coordinating the kitchen and service floor to ensure every dish meets brand standards and timing is synchronized for guests and travelers.

The role requires passing a federal background check for the airport badge, experience in high-volume operations, and strong communication under pressure. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is expected in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must pass federal background screening and fingerprinting to obtain DEN badge.
• Experience in high-volume fast-casual/restaurant window preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership under pressure.
• Calm, hyper-organized in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Attention to detail with food safety and presentation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Inspect every dish before it leaves the window to meet Olive & Finch and Bar Finch standards for recipe accuracy, temperature, portioning, and presentation.
• Direct the kitchen line on ticket priorities and timing to ensure components come out together.
• Provide clear instructions to FOH crew and runners for accurate delivery to guests.
• Maintain expo window cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
• Keep expo stocked with essential supplies (containers, lids, bags, utensils, garnishes, condiments).
