On the Go (OTG) is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to install and service commercial kitchen equipment at IAH Airport. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and repair appliances to ensure optimal operation for guests and staff.

This role requires hands-on use of meters and hand tools, strong communication with customers, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience or training on commercial cooking equipment.
• Ability to use meters, gauges, torches and hand tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and copper work related to installations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and perform under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Install new commercial kitchen equipment including dishwashers, ovens, kettles and fryers.
• Diagnose equipment performance through observation and testing.
• Disassemble and reassemble units for troubleshooting and repair.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
• Lift and move components to set up or maintain equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and complete documentation.
• Work flexible hours as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to restaurant professionals.
