ServiceTec International, Inc. is seeking an Airport Systems Support Technician to maintain the computers and kiosks used by passengers and airline staff at MSP.

The role covers 1,000+ digital information and advertising screens and involves resolving hardware and software issues with a strong emphasis on customer service. The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, the ability to work early morning to evening shifts, weekends and holidays, and physical activity

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Must walk 10,000+ steps daily and transport equipment around the terminal.
• Able to lift and reach, including ladders and lifting equipment.
• Experience with Windows computers, printers and other peripherals.
• High school diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of IT and ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the computers and kiosks that passengers and airline agents use to check-in and board their flights.
• Maintain 1,000+ digital information and advertising screens around the terminal.
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support with a strong emphasis on customer service.
