Job summary

ServiceTec International, Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide on-site IT support at Orlando International Airport (MCO) for 40 hours per week.

You will work under the direction of the local IT Manager, delivering professional customer service and ensuring smooth operation of critical IT systems. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and four (4) years of relevant IT experience, or an Associate or higher degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+; MCP beneficial.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interact with GOAA customers and provide first-line IT support on-site.
• Install, configure, relocate, and support airport computer equipment and software.
• Document issues and resolutions in detail; keep knowledge base current.
• Track incidents and tasks in Service Now and ensure timely closure.
• Provide first-level VoIP and mobile device support; escalate complex issues.
