Job summary

ESP Global Services in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Field Services Dispatcher Technician (PT, 20 hours/week) to maintain continuity of service for airport passenger processing systems. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with the Global Service Desk to resolve issues promptly.

Strong communication, desktop software experience, and ticketing skills are essential, with airport technical support preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience supporting on-site computer software.
• 1-2 years of experience using a ticketing system.
• 1-2 years of experience with network protocols and server hardware.
• Airport technical support experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance on airport passenger processing equipment.
• Respond to incidents and service requests and resolve faults within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot airline host and connectivity issues.
• Maintain timely updates to the Global Service Desk on incident progress.
• Provide on-site training and coaching to Airport Technicians.
• Identify required spares and coordinate with the Global Service Desk.
• Perform proactive checks to prevent incidents from being raised.
