Job summary

OTG Management at Reagan National Airport seeks a Manager to lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts—from retail to QSR to full-service—keeping every location running smoothly with high energy and guest focus.

Responsibilities include elevating food and beverage quality, owning scheduling, onboarding new Crewmembers, and enforcing safety and policy compliance. A hospitality degree is preferred and 3–5 years in management are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management, full-service restaurants or retail.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Stellar communication skills and adaptability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts to keep locations running smoothly.
• Elevate food & beverage quality and presentation to meet OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to ensure full coverage for all shifts.
• Deliver onboarding and training plans to set Crewmembers up for success.
• Create a positive workplace where Crewmembers feel supported and engaged.
• Champion safety and ensure compliance with OTG policies and laws.
• Act on audits and corrective measures with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly using available handbooks and guides.
