Qualifications

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in management in hospitality or retail.
• Stellar communication skills with teams and guests.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts—from retail to QSR to full-service—keeping locations running smoothly.
• Elevate food and beverage quality and presentation to OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to ensure full shift coverage and service excellence.
• Drive onboarding with training plans that set Crewmembers up for success.
• Create an uplifting workplace where Crewmembers feel supported and motivated.
• Champion safety and compliance with OTG policies and regulations.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and related CBAs.
