Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred.
• 3–5 years senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• 1–3 years of retail experience a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong culinary background and fine dining experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and Cibo markets operations across multiple concepts.
• Lead FOH and BOH staffing, development, and training.
• Ensure food quality, guest services, inventory, and labor budgets are met.
• Direct managers and crewmembers to achieve financial goals.
• Recruit FOH staff and uphold OTG policies and procedures.
