Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management in full-service restaurants or retail.
• Excellent communication and team alignment.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG’s concepts to keep locations running smoothly.
• Ensure food & beverage quality and presentation meets standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing for each shift.
• Deliver strong onboarding and training plans for Crewmembers.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating workplace.
• Champion safety and compliance with OTG policies and laws.
• Lead corrective actions on audits with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and related guidelines.
