Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a Manager at IAH to lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts, from retail to QSR to full-service. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and onboarding to ensure top-notch service and guest satisfaction at the airport.

You will champion safety and quality, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence on every shift, creating a positive work environment and upholding OTG standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in management in full-service restaurants or retail.
• Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• Fluent in Microsoft Suite.
• Flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts—from retail to QSR to full-service—keeping locations running smoothly.
• Elevate food & beverage quality and presentation to meet OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing to ensure full coverage and top-tier service.
• Deliver onboarding and training plans to set new crewmembers up for success.
• Create a positive, respectful, and motivating workplace environment.
• Champion safety, ensuring a hazard-free environment and compliance with OTG policies and safety standards.
• Respond to audits (Coyle + NSF) with corrective actions and accountability.
• Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA.

In This Role, You Will:

• Own scheduling and staffing, making sure every shift is fully supported and service stays toptier.
• Drive an amazing onboarding experience, delivering strong training plans that set new Crewmembers up for success.
• Create a positive, uplifting workplace where Crewmembers feel supported, respected, and motivated.
• Champion safety, ensuring a hazardfree environment and full compliance with OTG policies, workplace laws, and safety standards.
• Take action on Coyle + NSF audits, leading corrective measures with urgency and accountability.
• Know and communicate OTG policies clearly, using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA to ensure consistency and understanding across the team.

Qualifications/Criteria:

• A hospitality degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in management, fullservice restaurants or retail (bonus points for multiunit magic!).
• Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• You’re fluent in Microsoft Suite—and it shows.
