Position Summary: The Manager at PHL Airport is the management leader for OTG; this position is to assist in being responsible for all day-to-day concept operations and the training of newly hired assistant managers while achieving operational excellence. This includes Front of the House, Back of the House staffing, development and training, food quality presentation, guest services, and the maintenance of all policies and procedures in the restaurant and retail markets. The Manager is accountable for business and training results in support of operational goals and for supporting assistant managers, Crewmembers, and newly hired Crewmembers in implementing training and ensuring validation occurs and achieving established key performance indicators.
