Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for a Full Time, non-exempt Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers from arrival through check-in, boarding and baggage handling. You will provide friendly customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints using a computerized system.

The role requires no prior experience; paid training is provided. You must be at least 18, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to obtain airport credentials.

• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
