Qualifications

• Fellowship, apprentice, or certification programs (e.g., Project Management, Human Resources) may substitute.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, schedule meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in creating schedules, timelines, and maintaining project budgets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate the Airport Art Program, including artist selection, development, and installation phases.
• Support the Tours Program with planning documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Assist Hopkins Hospitality programs, organize hospitality events, and track budgets.
