Job summary

City of Cleveland seeks an Airport Environmental & Sustainability Technician to provide advanced administrative support for executive leadership, manage complex reports and presentations, and coordinate cross-department communications for the Cleveland Airport System.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills, with ability to handle confidential information and work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/administration or related field.
• Four years of full-time paid experience in office administration or related role.
• Equivalent education/experience substitution allowed on a year-for-year basis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of projects related to environmental and sustainability initiatives for the Cleveland Airport System.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations; manage schedules and meetings.
• Coordinate communications between leadership, staff, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Support data management, regulatory compliance, and program tracking.
