City of Cleveland is seeking an Airport IT Projects Coordinator to support IT project delivery across airport systems. You will assist with planning, scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination, acting as a liaison among technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes TSA compliance, quality assurance, and effective communication to ensure timely, compliant project execution within the airport environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Two years of education/experience in program administration required.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and possess a valid Ohio driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Maintain project schedules and track milestones.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including risk logs and change requests.
• Serve as a liaison for internal teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication between technical staff, operations and business units.
• Ensure TSA and airport security standards are met in deliverables.
• Support procurement, vendor onboarding and invoice tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for project meetings and workshops.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Participate in continuous improvement of project management processes.
