Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a supervisor to manage passenger assistance teams, ensuring daily operations run safely and efficiently across assigned shifts. You will dispatch agents and equipment to flights, coordinate workloads, and uphold safety and company policies.

Responsibilities include shift scheduling, training, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a High School diploma, 18+ years of age, and credentials per airport and state

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driving License required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and back-up coverage.
• Communicate with the manager regarding issues and problems.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
