Job summary

Breeze Airways in Morrisville, NC seeks a Station Support Supervisor to oversee Guest Services Ground operations, partner with multiple departments and lead teams through irregular operations. Travel up to 50% and must obtain GSC certification.

Responsibilities include safety, coaching, audits, and ensuring Breeze Guest Commitment is upheld across stations, with a focus on on-time performance and guest experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years airline operational experience.
• Strong airline/airport ops background (ground/ramp/service).
• 1+ years QA/quality monitoring.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety programs to ensure a safe workplace for team members, guests, and partners.
• Travel to other stations up to 50% to support operations.
• Coach team members and partners in real time to protect safety and guest experience.
• Lead station recovery during irregular operations (IROPS) and coordinate with multiple departments.
