Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Open availability 30–40 hours per week.
• Able to communicate using a two-way radio.
• Must complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer luggage and load/unload baggage.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates and operate ground service equipment.
• Meet arriving flights and service departing flights.
• Assist customers with special needs and coordination with service agents.
• Follow safety regulations and report hazards or incidents immediately.
