Breeze Airways is seeking a Station Support Supervisor at Tampa International Airport (TPA) to lead Guest Services Ground operations and support multiple stations as needed. You will coach staff, enforce Breeze safety standards, and maintain on-time performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong airline operations experience, flexibility to work evenings and holidays, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. TSA and DOT compliance knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• 1+ years Airline Operational Experience.
• Strong airline or airport operations background, with hands-on experience in ground, ramp, or customer service operations.
• 1+ years experience with providing or monitoring quality assurance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license from the state of your primary residence.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available for emergency response on short notice.
• Knowledgeable in Airport Operations and Ground Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold safety programs to ensure a safe workplace for Team Members, Guests, Business Partners, ground equipment, and facilities at their station and others as needed.
• Coach Team Members and business partners in real time to resolve operational issues to protect safety and on-time performance.
• Travel to other stations up to 50% of the time to support operations as needed.
• Lead station recovery during irregular operations (IROPS) and weather events.
• Coordinate across Flight Ops, Inflight Service, and Technical Operations to achieve goals.
