Job summary

Trego-Dugan-Aviation is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Agent for the Breeze Contract in Morrisville, NC. You will help travelers, process tickets, check bags, and answer questions while supporting ramp and related duties.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays with hours varying by flight schedules. A High School diploma and 2+ years in customer service are expected, along with basic computer skills and 25 wpm typing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and 25 wpm typing.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding, solicit volunteers, and arrange vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
• Assist customers with special needs during boarding.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned and attend required training.
