Job summary

Breeze Airways in New Orleans is seeking an Area Manager to lead Guest Services ground operations, ensure safety, and drive performance at their station. You will manage budgets, coordinate with Flight Ops, Inflight Service, and Technical Operations, and mentor a diverse team of partners and staff.

The role requires 5+ years in airport operations and customer service, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Service or related area.
• 5+ years in airport operations and customer service.
• Experience guiding large, diverse business partner teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA badge and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Guest Services ground activities and daily ops at assigned locations.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with DOT, FAA, Breeze guidelines.
• Manage station budgets and coordinate across Flight Ops, Inflight, and Technical Ops.
• Develop talent, coach staff, and workforce planning for the area.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead the team to meet targets.
• Ensure readiness for irregular operations and emergency response.
• Resolve guest service issues and drive customer satisfaction.
