Job summary

The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking a Part-Time Airport Greeter to provide personalized, professional service to guests traveling to and from designated airports. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with baggage and transportation coordination, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury hospitality or concierge roles, strong English communication skills, and the ability to lift luggage up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, airport guest services, or related customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests at the airport and provide personalized assistance.
• Assist with baggage handling, transportation coordination, and smooth transitions between airport, vehicle, and hotel.
• Notify hotel teams and transportation partners of guest arrival/departure status and special requests.
• Coordinate with airport, airline, transportation, and hotel personnel to ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Working alongside the Transportation team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Airport Greeter who will be responsible for providing personalized, professional and anticipatory service to hotel guests traveling to and from designated airports.

Key Accountabilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests at the airport, providing personalized assistance throughout the travel experience.
• Assist with baggage handling, transportation coordination, and seamless transitions between airport, vehicle, and hotel.
• Communicate guest arrival/departure status, special requests, and service updates to hotel teams and transportation partners.
• Coordinate with airport, airline, transportation, and hotel personnel to ensure an efficient and exceptional guest journey.

General Requirements

• 2 years + previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, airport guest services, transportation, or a related customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, additional languages preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver luggaged as needed.
