Assistant General Manager – Runza National Inc. (operated by Plum Market Food Service – Omaha Eppley Airfield) is seeking a capable leader to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations in Omaha, NE. The AGM ensures guest experiences meet Runza standards and mentors a team in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory, food safety, and financial targets, with opportunities to develop operations and maintain brand integrity.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a food service, hospitality, or retail setting.
• Must pass airport background check and qualify for badging.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Lead shifts in the General Manager's absence, making operational decisions while maintaining service standards.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and developing Team Members.
• Train and coach Team Members using Runza training guides and procedures, emphasizing food quality and service.
