SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to manage daily fleet operations, coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops, and ensure vehicles are ready for rental. You will monitor inventory, schedule maintenance, and prepare vehicles for disposition.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repairs, schedules, and documentation.
• Team player thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, day/evening shifts, and travel 5-10%.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and issuing purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory system entry.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, including condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
