Job summary

FCS Facility Services is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor for the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The role leads a 3rd shift team, ensures daily cleaning operations meet client expectations, and coordinates staffing and training.

The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules and performance in a fast-paced airport environment. A weekend availability and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, facilities management, hospitality, or related service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage a team.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Must be available for 3rd shift and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and airport security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to cleaning employees.
• Coordinate employee assignments, schedules, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to employees.
• Ensure policies, safety, and airport regulations are followed.
• Communicate updates to management and client representatives.
• Complete reports, inspections, and attendance records.
