Piedmont Airlines is hiring a Customer Service Facilities Agent in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on general construction, plumbing, and electrical maintenance, supporting the Facilities team under the Project Manager.

You will manage daily tasks, maintain airport facilities and grounds, and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask, and capable of reading blueprints with basic computer skills to support work orders and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work.
• Maintain airport grounds and facilities.
• Snow and weed removal.
• Daily boiler maintenance.
• Complete daily work orders.
• Report to Project Manager, Facilities.
